　　Metal signs are mainly products printed and made of materials such as copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, nickel, etc. The printing process mainly includes: screen printing plate, scraping scraper, ink, printing platform, and substrate.

　　1、 The basic principle of metal signage screen printing is to use the basic principle of ink penetration through the mesh of the image and text parts of the screen printing plate, and ink penetration through the mesh of the non image and text parts of the metal product for printing;

　　2、 Metal ink application: During printing, ink is poured into one end of the screen printing plate, and a scraping scraper is used to apply a certain amount of pressure to the ink area on the screen printing plate. At the same time, it moves towards the other end of the screen printing plate, and the ink is squeezed onto the metal label by the scraper from the mesh in the image and text section during the movement;

　　3、 The principle of screen printing scraper: The adhesive effect of metal label ink causes the imprint to be fixed within a certain range. During the printing process, the scraper always forms linear contact with the screen printing plate and metal products, and the contact line moves with the scraper. A certain gap is maintained between the screen printing plate and the metal sheet, allowing the screen printing plate to generate a reaction force on the scraper through its own tension during printing, which is called rebound force;

　　4、 Product Tightness Control: Due to the effect of rebound force, the screen printing plate and the label are only in mobile linear contact, while the other parts of the screen printing plate are detached from the label product, causing the ink and screen to break and move, ensuring the accuracy of product printing dimensions and avoiding scratching the metal label;

　　5、 Prepare for the next process to continue working: when the scraper scrapes through the entire layout, lift it up, and at the same time, the screen printing plate also lifts up, and gently scrape the ink back to its original position to continue the cycle printing production for the next metal label.
