　　Material selection

　　As long as the laser shading is replaced with sand shading, the silver signage with sand shading is obtained by them using laser printing, exposure, and fixation techniques. What we need to do is to carefully check the film after taking it back to see if it is consistent with the original, and if other films are clean and transparent, with very clear lines and edges.

　　1. Select sheet

　　The metal plates used for making signs include copper plate, stainless steel plate, titanium plate, etc. Each type of metal plate has different characteristics, and suitable plates can be selected according to the different styles of the signs. Stainless steel has the advantage of corrosion resistance and is a commonly used plate for making metal signs. Now we have chosen a thickness of 0.3 millimeters.

　　2. Cutting and trimming

　　Based on the designed size, place a few millimeters of margin on each side of the selected stainless steel plate, mark points, and cut it. The cut stainless steel plate often has burrs on all four sides, which need to be filed off with a file. After filing, touch it with your hand to ensure smooth edges.

　　3. Remove oil stains

　　After soaking the stainless steel plate in clean water, apply some detergent to the surface, wipe the oil stains on the surface of the stainless steel plate with a clean cloth three to four times, and then rinse with clean water to clean the surface of the stainless steel plate, so as not to affect the smooth progress of the subsequent process.

　　4. Blow dry

　　Use a hair dryer to dry any remaining water droplets on the surface of the cleaned stainless steel plate, without leaving any water stains.
