　　1. The combination of colored decoration and electroplating decoration is generally carried out through inlay. For some car logos, the facial pattern is decorated with plastic electroplating, and the bottom is decorated with plastic coloring. Then, the inlay method is used to connect the bottom and face together, ultimately forming a complete plastic decorative label.

　　The advantages of this type of sign decoration are that it not only reduces the surface electroplating area of plastic signs, reduces production costs, but also uses plastic coloring to form a pattern background color, eliminates the spraying of the bottom paint, which is conducive to improving production efficiency, avoiding coating detachment caused by painting on the electroplating layer, and improving product quality. Its disadvantage is that it requires the production of two sets of molds, with high requirements for inlaid surfaces, prolonging the product processing process route, and increasing labor costs.

The combination of printing decoration and vacuum plating decoration is generally printed on plastic signs that have undergone vacuum plating decoration to form a vacuum plating color background, characters, or patterns. It is also possible to print on a specific printing surface of transparent plastic, and then vacuum coating the designated area. Many soft labels are printed and processed on vacuum coated plastic.

Printing decoration and hot stamping decoration are combined on the plastic surface for hot stamping or printing, forming specific patterns or characters of the sign; As well as hot stamping and printing coverage on the back of transparent plastic parts, it is also a common composite decoration. Many car gear lever and steering wheel decorative signs are molded using transparent plastics such as PS, PC, PMMA, AS, ABS, etc., followed by hot stamping aluminum or chromium foil on the back, and then using printing methods to coat the color background.

The transparent label surface composed of printing decoration, electroplating, and vacuum plating decoration is formed by PC injection molding, followed by printing and vacuum plating decoration, and then connected to the plastic base plate that has undergone electroplating decoration. Generally, it is made by pasting Double-sided tape, or it can be installed by opening a buckle at the connection between the decorative part and the plastic label.

When spraying or filling on an electroplating layer, the selection of paint type is very important.
