1: Select corrosion-resistant ink
1. Use screen printing corrosion-resistant imaging ink, which can be divided into three types in terms of corrosion resistance: a. acid corrosion resistance; b. Alkali corrosion resistance; c. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
2. Use UV imaging ink, also known as photosensitive blue oil, metal photoresist, photosensitive ink, etc. The characteristics of this ink are UV imaging, precision drawing, and strong corrosion resistance. The printing method can be silk screen printing or spray gun spraying.
2: Protective layer anti-corrosion treatment
1. The metal nameplate is made by fully coating with anti-corrosion protective coating. It can be cut or scraped by manual, mechanical, or computer-controlled cutting tools to remove the protective layer of the area to be etched, obtain the anti-corrosion protective layer, and obtain the anti-corrosion protective image and text. The coating method can be spray, pour, brush, immerse, pour, add centrifugal casting or film coating.
2. Directly spray, brush, trace, and screen print the metal nameplate with the above anti-corrosion protective coating.
3. The pattern composed of photosensitive film obtained by chrome adhesive printing process is treated with chemical or high-temperature film fixation.
4. Use chrome adhesive ink technology to obtain images and texts composed of a mixture of photosensitive film, ink, and red powder. This photosensitive chromium adhesive film, which is melted with ink, red powder, or toner, forms an acid-resistant image and text film. It is used as a corrosion resistant protective layer, etches metal, and makes printing plates or nameplate parts. The appearance and wear resistance of this film are not very ideal, so it is rarely directly used in nameplate images and texts, so it belongs to the process corrosion protection layer.
