Metal nameplate: refers to a nameplate product made of several non-ferrous metal plates, such as copper, iron, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, etc., using different nameplate production processes. It has instructions for use, trademark identification, product nameplate, switch indication, equipment nameplate, process products, metal nameplate, mechanical nameplate, electrical nameplate, door number, and other signs with surface properties.

Common metal signs include flat sun signs, silk screen signs, corrosion signs, electroplating, electroforming signs, heat transfer signs, and sandblasting signs.

  (1) Flat label: Using the method of photosensitive label printing, different colors are dissolved into the adhesive film and displayed on the metal plate through development, thus achieving the purpose of explanatory significance.

  (2) Silk screen signs: Using resin ink, silk screen printing is carried out on the pre processed board surface, and then various exquisite colored silk screen signs can be made through processes such as light preservation and film covering.

  (3) Corrosion sign: Corrosion sign, also known as etching sign. Mainly investigate convex or concave type labels made by processing with mask and etching after processing.

  (4) Electroplating and electroforming signs: also known as gold pile signs, it uses screen printing or photosensitive plate making methods to coat the board with film, and then uses electroplating methods to make the text and lines form a raised gold pile sign through pre plating, copper casting, nickel plating, and gold plating.

  (5) Heat transfer label: It is a specialized panel generated by surface treatment of metal plates, and then the color images you designed are inkjet printed onto the transfer paper. It is then heated and reversed onto the metal (6) plate to create the label.

  (6) Sandblasting signage: By using a computer engraving method, the engraved text is immediately pasted onto the metal plate, and the text graphics are sandblasted to form a sanding effect. Then, oxidation treatment is carried out to present a sanding effect on the metal plate.
