Characteristics of electroformed labels - thin labels

Characteristics of electroformed thin labels: The biggest feature of electroformed thin label production is the absence of a carrier. In the past, various signs were made by placing the text and patterns displayed on the carrier, and then distinguishing the main body and carrier of the sign with different heights, reflectivity (light and matte), and colors, in order to achieve the goal of highlighting the main body. Due to the lack of a carrier, all the contents shown on the electroformed thin label are the main body, and these main body contents are directly pasted onto the target, integrated with the target, without any additional feeling. The effect displayed on the sign is very prominent and complete. This is incomparable to other signs.

The second characteristic of electroforming thin labels is its simple process. Due to the use of electroforming method for production, there is no need for any molds, and the entire production process only requires one film. Save money and time. After receiving the order, the production unit usually produces samples on the same day and products the next day. The entire production process only requires basic equipment such as a screen printing platform, oven, exposure machine, electroplating tank, etc.

The third characteristic of electroformed signs is their slight environmental pollution. Compared with other methods of producing metal signs, electroformed signs have the least pollution to the environment. Because: firstly, it does not require corrosion, so there is no pollution in terms of etching; Secondly, the area required for electroforming is about 1/7 of the area of conventional signs, so the pollution of electroforming signs is only 1/7 of that of conventional electroplating signs. Moreover, the wastewater is pure sulfate wastewater, which is easy to treat.

Material saving is also a characteristic of electroforming thin standards. Due to the lack of a carrier, according to testing, the material consumption for producing metal tags of the same size using the electroforming method is only 1/7 of that produced by the concave convex (etching) method.
