　　There are many types of metal signage materials, among which aluminum signage is also quite common. Today, we will talk about the material aluminum is used for aluminum signage.

　　Regarding the classification of aluminum materials:

　　(1) According to the presence or absence of alloy components, aluminum materials are divided into pure aluminum and aluminum alloys. Aluminum alloys are further divided into Al Mn alloys, Al Cu alloys, Al Si alloys, and Al Mg alloys according to their alloy series.

　　(2) According to the pressure processing ability, it can be divided into deformed aluminum and non deformed aluminum (such as cast aluminum).

　　(3) Aluminum alloys can be further divided into non heat treated strengthened aluminum and heat treated strengthened aluminum based on whether they can be heat treated for strengthening. Aluminum does not have allotropes, and pure aluminum, aluminum manganese alloys, aluminum magnesium alloys, etc. cannot improve strength through heat treatment phase transformation. However, alloys such as aluminum copper and aluminum magnesium silicon can improve their strength by precipitation of strengthening phases through solid solution aging, known as heat treatable strengthened aluminum. Aluminum that cannot be strengthened by solid solution aging and precipitation of strengthening phases to improve strength is called non heat-treatable strengthened aluminum.
