Generally, the sealing oil stains can be first wiped off with a soft saw dust, and then degreased with an inorganic solvent; Oil stains in machining can be chemically removed using inorganic solvents or alkaline solutions.

　　3. Polishing.

　　If there are scratches on the surface of the aluminum alloy label production plate, a layer of putty should be scraped first to make it smooth. According to the customer's requirements, it should be selected whether to use mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, or electrochemical polishing. 　　4. Painting.

　　Due to the poor adhesion of aluminum with topcoat and printing ink, a layer of approximately 0.01mm thick epoxy zinc yellow primer needs to be sprayed before acrylic topcoat spraying. According to customer requirements, amino or acrylic paint with corresponding colors should be sprayed.

　　5. Screen printing.

　　The overall requirements for the aluminum alloy sign panel are: accurate and clear position of the graphics and text, equal edge of the word line, and firm ink. When the requirements are not high, a brush can be used to apply, and the paint material can be H-type water-soluble acrylic paint or amino paint.
