Metal signage screen printing technology is an application of screen printing technology. Nowadays, various logos have been widely used in the electronics industry and home appliance products, especially in various signs indicating the use of new surface decoration technologies. It is a delicate and elegant form with rich and colorful decorative effects, displayed in front of people, improving the value and competitiveness of products.
In the production process of the logo, the decisive factors are the pre-treatment process of the screen printing board and substrate, as well as the selection of printing and screen printing ink.
1、 Screen printed board:
1. Film carving method: It is a handmade craft that is relatively simple. Can print generally less subtle black and white patterns and text.
(1) Spray system: Carve film paper to trace the paper and stick it on a flat plate, with a volume ratio of 1 part of rubber water to 1 part of gasoline, evenly coat the paper, and dry spray soft varnish 3-5 times. After each spray, dry it in a drying oven at 40 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius. The film thickness should be sprayed to 5-6 millimeters, and the paint should be bright, uniform, without bubbles or stains.
(2) A paper pasted image of a movie's carved graphics, carved with a knife, ruler, and compass, gently removing the paint film.
(3) Engraving graphics allows you to return to the screen frame transfer. The method is to press down the carved movie on the internet and gently wipe the complex movie and screen with a cotton swab. After a few minutes of drying, turn off the tracking. If this article is not lost, a cotton wet tissue can be used. Apply a layer of paint to the blank area and wire mesh the plug. After drying, it can be printed.
2. Carbon paper printing method:
It is a relatively simple manual plate making method.
(1) CD photo paper is a mixture of thick coated barium oxide based carbon paper, backed up according to the size of the image.
(2) Promotion: Prepare a solution of 500 cents and 20 grams of ammonium dichromate for 35 minutes, remove carbon, and transfer water.
(3) Exposure: Carbon paper is placed flat on clean glass, covered with plastic film, and exposed to the printer for 812 minutes on the polyester drawing film mentioned above.
(4) After development, immerse in warm water at 40-50 degrees Celsius for a few minutes, and the adhesive film, positive electrode plate, and zinc oxide base will naturally detach. Carefully develop the shape and text with warm water.
(5) Under the pre stretched mesh screen frame of the prepared tablet, several layers of newspaper are covered on the screen, pressed onto a glass plate, and the adhesive film and screen are retained at a pressure of 12 kilograms/square centimeter. The adhesive film is then dried in an oven under heavy load with the newspaper, and the paper is removed. Plastic film graphics: Screen. After careful inspection of the image, there are no defects. After passing the inspection, the surrounding graphics screen is coated with nitrocellulose to protect the enamel, and the installation disk of the screen printing board is ready for printing. The application scope of the plate making method is the same as that of the carving method for movies.
