　　Aluminum signs refer to signs and nameplate products made of aluminum raw materials, collectively referred to as aluminum signs. In fact, the types of aluminum signs are not single. Common types include aluminum plate wire cutting, stamping, concavoconvex, etching, oxidation, laser carving, reflective film lamination, screen printing, four color offset printing, heat transfer printing, night light printing, and aluminum alloy die-casting molding. When selecting aluminum signage products, the best effect can be customized according to different production processes.

　　Introduction to the types of aluminum signage production:

　　1. Wire cutting machine processing: Cut and shape according to the specifications and shape of the aluminum label, and the surface can be sprayed, printed, and carved. It is suitable for aluminum plates that are too thick to punch and high-precision products.

　　2. Stamping production: By using stamping machines and product molds, aluminum plates are stamped into shape. Then proceed with semi-finished product oil spraying, sandblasting, electroplating, high gloss (wire drawing), or polishing followed by electroplating and oil spraying processing. The surface effect can be determined based on the actual font and pattern content. The stamping process is generally used to make high gloss aluminum signs, and the surface is polished and electroplated with aluminum signs.

　　Concave and convex effect: The production and stamping process of aluminum signs are the same, but the working principle is to perform concave and convex processing from the opposite direction. 　　4. Reflective film lamination: also known as reflective aluminum signage, the aluminum signage that has been cut or punched is laminated with reflective film, and then silk printed or painted.

Printing and production: The aluminum label printing process has a wide range of production, and can be used for screen printing, four color offset printing, heat transfer printing, reflective printing, and night light printing and coloring, whether it is flat, concave and convex, stamping, or die-casting.

　　6. Aluminum alloy die-casting: Mechanical and mold die-casting molding is used to create various shapes such as arcs, cones, solids, and bumps based on drawing documents. The surface effect is full, exquisite and beautiful, and the billet has a good glossiness after fine polishing, which can be electroplated and colored. The concave part can be filled with paint or glue, and the raised part of the font is suitable for printing technology.
