　　3. The height or depth of the font on the electroformed nameplate shall not exceed 0.3 millimeters. If using laser effects, the height or depth should not exceed 0.15 millimeters.

　　4. The average thickness of the electroformed sign board is 0.22 ± 0.05 mm. If the product exceeds this height, it needs to be a hollow structure, and the tolerance height of the product should allow for an error of 0.05mm. Due to the uniform thickness of the board, the back of the protruding or concave parts on the product surface will also change accordingly.

　　5. The contour of electroformed nickel standard adopts a combination of sand washing, wire drawing, smooth surface, and laser surface. A smooth surface is usually used for the edges of patterns or products. When processing the surface of the product, the outer edge width should be uniform. 0.07 mm to prevent product deformation during stamping.
