　　1. Material cutting correction:

　　According to the standard size of the copper nameplate, the copper plate material with the required thickness of the platform shall be selected. Then select the standard cutting size and place it on the cutting machine to cut it off, and fold the frame on the edge folding machine. After the sheet material is folded and shaped, pour a small amount of xylene solution (gasoline can also be used as a substitute) onto the copper plate surface, repeatedly rub it with clean fine gauze until the dirt on the surface layer of the tung plate is removed and the brightness is bright. Finally, put the copper plate surface on a cloth Bench grinder for overall polishing.

　　2. Sign reproduction and carving:

　　Firstly, cover the finalized design drawings on the surface of the copper plate, and place a carbon paper between the manuscript and the copper plate. Find an oil-free ballpoint pen to trace the direction of the shape of the manuscript one by one onto the copper plate. When copying, it is necessary to follow the original manuscript without any deviation and be meticulous and careful. Finally, neatly cover the surface layer of the copper plate with transparent tape one by one, taking care not to leave any gaps between the strips. After fully covering and flattening, use a sharp art knife to carve out all the tape in the areas with text strokes along the text shape. Do not touch the tape in areas without text strokes, otherwise it will be scrapped. (This is an old-fashioned operation mode) Now use photosensitive etching ink for protection, and expose and develop it with film

　　Put the copper plate into the etching machine for corrosion, and then corrode it according to the required depth

　　4. Polishing and coloring:

　　After wiping the corroded tung board clean, place it again on a cloth grinding wheel for surface polishing treatment, so that the surface is free of any stains and shiny. Prepare some matte high brightness resin varnish and pour in a small amount of burnt water to adjust the thickness. Use a brush to brush the varnish on the surface, usually two to three times. After the varnish dries thoroughly, use various colors of paint to depict the shapes and patterns of different colors.

　　5. The final process is to send the material that has been etched with copper plates into an electric oven for high-temperature baking, and a shiny process copper label is completed.
