　　The metal label after surface treatment needs to be exposed on the kR-B1 single-sided vacuum exposure machine.

　　Turn on the power first, and the Ammeter on the control panel displays 8 A -10 A. Warm up the machine for about 3 minutes, and it can work normally. Align the film with the stainless steel plate and make full contact between the two, then place the stainless steel plate on top and the film on the bottom, and smoothly place it on the workbench of the single-sided vacuum exposure machine.

　　This air duct is used for vacuum suction. It is placed on one side of the stainless steel plate. Its function is to suck the air between the rubber in the middle of the cover plate and the stainless steel plate, causing the lower surface of the stainless steel plate to press tightly against the film, ensuring clarity during exposure.

　　Close the lid, lock the latch, press the vacuum button, and the machine will start to empty the vacuum.

　　The metal label sets the exposure time to 45 seconds, lightly tap the shutter button, and at this point, the time relay starts counting. The ultraviolet light inside the kR-B1 single-sided vacuum exposure machine will pass through the transparent part of the film to expose the photosensitive ink. After 45 seconds, the shutter automatically closes, the exposure ends, and the time relay automatically resets.

　　Turn off the vacuum button, open the locking buckle, and wait for the vacuum gauge to return to zero before opening the cover. Remove the stainless steel plate and film. This is the exposed stainless steel plate, which appears unchanged to the naked eye.

　　Please note that after the exposure work is completed, it is necessary to wait for 5 minutes for the light tube inside the exposure machine to cool down before turning off the main power supply.
